Our good friends, Bob and Renee, introduced us to Mon Ami Gabi in Las Vegas. Mind you, they were our friends from Maryland and we should have been introducing them. But Bob's brother is in the service industry and knows things. This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Las Vegas. Another French restaurant in Las Vegas is Roger's favorite (Marche Bacchus) but it's funny and ironic — Bob and Renee introduced us to that one, also.
I tend to order Trout Almondine but the Chocolate Profiterole is something we ALWAYS have. We found out we can just order one instead of three. Sometimes we forget.
Mon Ami Gabi is also directly across the street from our favorite hotel, The Bellagio. You get to watch the fountain show and we almost always walk across the strip to view The Conservatory as it changes about four times a year.
